Shrink wrapping ovens are used to adhere or shrink plastic film to the contour of containers. The product to be processed will arrive from a conveyor belt, coming from the ‘PROTECK’ labeling machine. The ‘SLEEVE’ will be shrink-wrapped with the heat or steam of the shrink-wrapping oven until it is perfectly compacted with the surface of the container.

This coating, apart from having a decorative and advertising function, offering a better presentation of the product and being a way to differentiate your product in the market, also has the purpose of protecting the product from dirt and guaranteeing that it has not been manipulated before. thanks to the ‘pre-cut’ option.

This process requires minimal intervention since from filling the container to packaging and palletizing, it can be fully automated, depending on the production needs and demands of each client.
