Additional information

Our labeling machine ‘PROTECK’ is a piece of equipment specialized in labeling or placing ‘SLEEVE’ on containers of all types, of countless sizes, shapes, materials, etc…

The ‘SLEEVE’ is a type of thermo-shrinkable label packaging, with a great capacity to adapt to the shape of the bottle, container or product through the application of heat or steam, since it can be applied at 360º. At Maquisur1999 we make a complete ‘SLEEVER’ line, completely automated, from the labeling of the container to its packaging, including shrink-wrapping and drying of the product.

This label allows you to design and personalize the cases, taking advantage of 100% of their surface. It is one of the best options on the market for customization of each type of each type of product, obtaining different and attractive designs, which can be simple or more complex and striking with the aim of differentiating from the competition. This is why one of the best options to present ideal container packaging is the ‘SLEEVE’.

The process begins when previously filled containers are placed on the labeling line, or they may arrive empty. Once on the belt, the product passes through a sensor, and when it detects it, it sends a signal to the ‘PROTECK’ labeller, which makes a precise cut in the ‘SLEEVES’ coil and automatically places the label on the container. Between 6,000-9,000 labels per hour or 15,000-20,000 labels per hour can be placed (depending on the client’s production capacity, size and shape of the product). This may include a ‘pre-cut’ option to ensure the product has not been tampered with.

After labeling the product, the process of shrink-wrapping the label begins in a shrink-wrapping oven so that it adheres perfectly to the contour of the desired container. The next step is the drying and cooling of the container, in a drying and cooling tunnel and finally the belt would lead to a rotating disk, where the bottles are picked up manually or automatically by packaging or palletizing robots.
